About me

Instagram

Well… I went for a training ride and got T-boned by a deer while descending. Popped the ol’ collarbone, cracked couple of ribs, and seem to have misplaced about half the skin on my body. Luckily a lovely home care nurse stopped and helped me while my parents were on the way. I will miss my beloved hometown road nationals. Return to racing TBD once we get a plate in there.
Back home now after a big spring block- got a bit sick and skipped ZLM. Going into the year, I wanted to get in a lot of breakaways and try to win a bike race. Well I did the first part and got pretty close to the second part. I’m keen to take a small breather to see my friends and family. Plenty more opportunities to take big swings at nats and many European races you’ve never heard of!! Many thanks to @humanpoweredhealth for a bunch of opportunities and belief.
Had a big time at the Tour of Norway 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴! Incredible scenery, people, and hotel buffets 🐟 Lots of suffering 🥵 up hills and in the wind ☠️☠️
Nice Breakawayday to start off the Tour of Norway 🇳🇴 many clothing changes and many kilometers of folding my big body in half 🪃
